MARKETING AND CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Niki DeGroote is Adam’s Marketing and Client Coordinator. If you know Adam personally or follow him on social media, you may recognize Niki as she is Adam’s wife. Before officially taking on this professional role, Niki was always very involved in the marketing and advertising aspect of Adam’s business. With years of experience in the real estate world, more specifically investing in and managing a property holding company with single family and multi-residential units, Niki has a very good knowledge of how the real estate world works. Prior to working with Adam, Niki had years of experience in office management and customer service. Her professionalism and previous work experience give Adam complete confidence in knowing that Niki will continue to help him run things smoothly. Aside from Niki’s marketing and media responsibilities, she is also responsible for overseeing and handling all Adam’s charitable initiatives. Niki’s main task within the group is to assist us in making our client experience as extraordinary as possible and to make sure that your property is marketed in the most effective way. She is dedicated and driven to ensure that we collectively focus on exceeding our client’s expectations from start to finish, as your satisfaction is always our top priority.
CHARITY SCOTT
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Charity Scott is Adam’s Personal Administrative Assistant and was the first staff member to work alongside him. Charity provides additional support to Adam which allows him to directly assist his clients through the entire buying or selling process. With years of experience in this position, Charity helps Adam oversee all the behind the scenes details. All client files are carefully reviewed by Adam, as well as Charity, making sure that no details go unnoticed.
Being born and raised locally, Charity is very familiar with Brantford and Brant County, making her knowledge of the area an added bonus to the group. Charity also brings with her a qualified set of skills through her BA in History and Adult Education from Brock University. She also has previous workplace experience in customer service, training and development. With the real estate industry being fast paced and ever changing, Charity is the perfect fit and adapted quickly to the ins and outs of buying and selling in todays’ market. She is constantly working hard by staying up to date on Adam’s client database and the current real estate market. Charity is a pivotal member of the staff, is extremely organized, efficient and is a reliable source to contact to handle any of your questions or concerns.
SAMANTHA GOODBRAND
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Samantha Goodbrand is an Administrative Assistant to Adam DeGroote but is no stranger to the world of Real Estate. Prior to working for Adam, Samantha spent her previous years in an administrative position here at Re/Max Twin City where she assisted and supported the entire office from the front desk. It is here that she mastered her proficiencies and extensively grew her knowledge of the industry. As a past client of Adam’s, Samantha personally knows the value of customer service and is passionate about helping Adam continue to provide the very best for his clients.
Aside from being professionally well versed with our local area, Samantha grew up in Brantford which means she has a personal connection and is very familiar with the ins and outs of this city. Before getting into Real Estate Administration, Samantha earned her designation as a CPTN and DTS certified personal trainer. Samantha worked hard with her clients to help them achieve their own personal health and fitness goals. Samantha is a true team player and her attention to detail, organizational skills and abilities within this role are just wonderful accompaniments to her outstanding personality.
